It is with a heavy heart that we share that Beck died June 2018. He will be missed forever.
Meet Beck RL1 R-FE/N is a 8 year old American Shelter Dog and Nancy's first "Failed Foster" in fifteen years of rescueing and fostering dogs. Beck hails from the CARA shelter in Mississippi, where he languished for nearly 9 months before coming North with Canine Commitment. The Smith family is thrilled to add him to their family. Beck is very athletic and has a wonderful, biddable temperment mixed with reactivity. Beck is training in Rally, Freestyle, Agility, OB, and RallyFree! We see great things in store for this super sweet and LUCKY dog! Beck has shown himself to be a super trick dog.

Special Agent P - PERRY
Meet our new addition Secret Agent P RN, TKA, call name Perry!
Perry was relinquished to us at nearly 4 months old by a one time client who thankfully realized that he was not a good fit for their family. Perry came to us with intense behavior issues. Thankfully, with positive reinforcement training, he is doing amazing.
Perry is a very, very smart puppy and he loves to learn new things.
While we feel Perry would love agility, Nancy's knees would not.
Perry is currently training for Wag it Games, Rally, Rally Free, Tricks and hopefully Freestyle. At a very young age, he has shown great promise in all these venues.
Perry has amazing focus for a dog so young, and he has already worked as a distance dog for private clients. We are hopeful that he will continue to do well in this area, as well as being a public demo dog.
Isn't he handsome?!!
Charlee on her 7th Birthday
NEBCR's Charlee 1999- 3/8/2011 , was a Border Collie mix from New England Border Collie rescue and was one smart dog! She lovesdFreestyle and aglity and learning new behaviors. Charlee loved to do safety demo's for kids in the Safe Dogs Safe Kids program (free!), and she had a fabulous sense of humor. Three children got in the way of Charlee's agility career, but she loved it. Charlee joined our family with severe behavior issues. Nancy loves to tell the story of how on the day she brought Charlee home, she pulled so hard on the leash that she made all four of her peds bleed. Charlee was fearful and reactive of other dogs and just about everyone Nancy knew, including her Vet, who called Charlee a porcupine as everyone one of her hairs used to stand on end in fear, told her to send her back or put her down. The rest as they say is history.
RIP Charlee - Always in our hearts.
